Renting a Room in Singapore

Renting a room in Singapore would cost you thousands of pesos. It's not easy to get the cheapest one and sacrificing the quality of living.

The rental cost of a room would range at S$400-S$600 (P12,000 - P18,000) per month. It depends on the space and if you have the air-conditioned one, it's much better but will cost you more.

You need to choose the flat mates if they are of the same race as you. It would be good to have fellow Filipinos around rather than other races. The reason is that,

1. They cook different foods with strange aromas. You may not like the way it smells.
2. They have different cultures and traditions. You'll never know what they like or agree.

It's just some few tips for you to consider.

Take a look at where I stayed, this is just for a month and it's free, big big thanks to my friend . The room costs S$600 so better share it other person to lessen your cost.

The Master's bedroom with bathroom would be much costly, a glittering S$800 (P24,000) a month. Better prepare your cash.
